You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.

Ciiyn provides the platform that connects guests and hosts. Hosts are independent and are not employees or agents of Ciiyn. Hosts are solely responsible for the content and quality of their sessions.

Harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, illegal activity, fraud, and recording others without consent are prohibited. Do not share contact details to take payment off the platform. Ciiyn may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

All payments, refunds and host earnings follow our Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.

If something goes wrong with a session, report it within 24 hours of the call ending. Ciiyn reviews reports and may refund, partially refund or release payment based on its findings.

You keep ownership of the content you post (profile, photos, descriptions) and grant Ciiyn a licence to display it to operate the service.

Ciiyn is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Ciiyn is not liable for indirect losses or for advice or content provided by hosts. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid Ciiyn in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use after an update means you accept it. Questions: contact support from Settings → Help.
