Privacy Policy

Account details (name, email, username, photo), profile content, bookings, bids, reviews, reports, wallet and earnings activity, and basic device and usage data.

Card and bank details are collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe — Ciiyn never stores your full card or bank numbers.

Video calls run in private rooms. Ciiyn does not record calls. We keep session details such as start time, duration and attendance to handle payments and disputes.

To run your account, process payments and payouts, show your public profile, rank Discover results, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and send service notifications.

We share data only with service providers needed to run Ciiyn (payments, video, hosting, email), when required by law, or to protect members' safety. We do not sell personal information.

We keep financial records as long as required by law. Other data is deleted or anonymised when you close your account.
