Cancellation Policy

48 hours or more before the session: full refund to your Wallet.

Less than 48 hours before the session: 50% is refunded to your Wallet. The other 50% is paid to the host as a late-cancellation fee, minus Ciiyn's 15% platform fee.

After the session has started, it cannot be cancelled.

A host may cancel any time before the session starts. The guest receives a full refund to their Wallet.

If the host doesn't show up or a serious issue occurs, report it within 24 hours of the session ending. Ciiyn reviews reports and decides on refunds.
